Pre Civil War Ambrotype of ID’d Confederate Soldier Virginia Artillery farming but I did see New1 9 ambrotype in full case, identified by an old note, and inside of the case, as William Harding, who served in the Marion Artillery during the Civil War. From online: Harding, William, Confederate, Private, Wilkinson's Company, Virginia Heavy Artillery (Company A, Marion Artillery) (Company A, Richmond Local Guards).
