Oliver Chilton has chosen 4 casks for Parcel No. 10, matured for 11 years in cask then bottled at a generous 48% vol. We've tried some excellent drams from Glencadam (we've even bottled our own cask), it's a distillery that's well worth exploring as there's some gems to be found.
